Re: [Kundalini Yoga] tail bone fracture.

Hello,

I broke my coccyx bone twice, the first time was being thrown from a horse
and the second time was falling down a flight of stairs. The second time was
after giving birth to my daughter, so sitting and nursing was out of the
question and sitting in the car or airplane for a long period of time was
unbearable. My chiropractor and massage therapist helped so much. I also
benefited from laser treatment. The only yoga poses that I could do were
standing or lying down poses for about 18 months. Walking helped so much. I
used a donut cushion when I needed to sit, ask your Dr. or Physical
Therapist for one of these.
