Goodness, sorry for the confusion, ie wrong words. That's what I get for writing quickly during Mercury retrograde. The correction and additions are below.

Blood flow gets blocked in this area in men's bodies. Take a romote for the TV or something similar and press (or massage deeply with pressure) OVER the PUBIC BONE at the base of the lignam.

Restoring proper blood flow can help the problem. Pressure is needed to release the blood flow when it gets blocked. Be attentive and you can feel the release and blood flow as warmth or tingling in the feet.

This simple procedure can restore sexual flow, clear the urinary tract and help increase bladder capacity. It can also help with weight control by clearing blood restrictions that create water retention.

This is a good procedure for men to do on a regular basis for prostate heath -- once a week, every day, as you choose.

This can possibly reduce the chance of cancer by eliminating the environments that attract cancer -- stagnant blood in the prostrate that becomes inflamed.
