[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Radiant body set- a experience

 


I'm impressed, you're doing the whole thing? I've been working on the Sarbung Dande Kriya part of the Radiant body set, and I've worked up to doing 108 (taking a rest of 10 minutes between every 27). It's fantastic, but then I usually rest a few days before doing it again, and practice other things in the meantime ( I have a very mild scoliosis, and I think this is really working on straightening it out). Maybe I'll cut the Sarbung Dandes back to 26, and do the whole set for a while, too. What I've found about the 108 so far is that it is incredible for your heart, whole upper spine, upper glands, and head- definitely turns the lights on and clears cobwebs!

BTW, try Sarbung Dande with Dev Suroop's cd Kundalini Beat. You can do it to her version of the Guru Gaitri mantra, matching moves with Gobinday, mukunday, etc, and it practically pushes you forward!
