RE: [Kundalini Yoga] getting out of bed early

It is clear that you want to start a daily practice but you are setting
yourself up for failure every day. I too am not good with an early morning
practice so I have chosen another time of the day that is more suitable for
me. I like doing yoga before bed so that I feel that great sense of
accomplishment before I go to sleep. After doing this for 40 days, I found
myself doing some basic stretches when I woke up which eventually turned
into a short energizing kriya in the morning. Now I feel a great sense of
accomplishment at the beginning and at the end of my days - after all, isn't
that what a good yoga practice should do? Find YOUR time and you will find
YOUR bliss.

man, am i ever having a hard time getting up even an hour before going to
work to do yoga. anyone have any tips? or advice or good old fashioned
encouragement.

its ridiculous at this point. i set my alarm and dismiss it every morning
and have for the past two or three months maybe. its become a way for me to
beat myself up even. i start every day disappointed in myself for hitting
snooze but when the alarm goes off, i'm so tired and comfortable being
still. cant seem to resist.

any advice is welcome. tough love even. i don't know.
