Like all meditations and Kriyas, you can work your times up to the indicated duration, in this case eleven minutes for each part. At the beginning you may go five minutes on each of the two parts of the Kriya and work your way up to eleven minutes on each one.

As for the movement, this is a fluid Kriya. During the first part you are supposed to feel the wind as your right cupped hand passes beyond the right ear. Develop a rhythm so you feel the flow of air developing into a breeze at your ear. During the second part, it will be the flicking of the Saturn finger associated with HAR that will flow.
