Re: [Kundalini Yoga] pittra kriya

 

Sat Nam!
While I guess 11 minutes might be necessary, I have another question about
pittra kriya. Most links refer to Yogi Bhajan's explanation of the kriya. I
cannot understand from the description whether the first part of it is
static or dynamic -- when one has moved their right hand far back shall they
bring it again on their knee, hand cupped, then back on the sruff-on the
knee-on the scruff, etc.? Or should we keep it on the scruff for 11 minutes?
