Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Info on timer for meditation

Google timers for the hearing impaired. They are silent and they flash but they
also have sound if you like. There is a switch for sound or silence

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Info on timer for meditation

Sat nam all,
I'm re-visiting this question. I searched on this site and checked out all the
links in the previous discussion of timers, but didn't find what I am looking
for.

I've been using a kitchen timer for my sets - I set it for 2 minutes or 2 1/2
whatever.. The beep is ok, I put it under a towel so it isn't too loud.
But it repeats the beep about 10 times which is a little annoying.

I'm trying to find one which is just one beep, and also one that doesn't cost an
arm and a leg.

If anyone has come across something like this, I'd appreciate it.

I did find the gongsounds website -http://www.gongsongs.com/audio/Kirtan
which my computer won't open, maybe the site is outdated or maybe it is my
computer's problem.

The gongsound sounds like a wonderful tool, but not for what I want, which is to
use for a set of movements.

thank you!

Kartar Kaur
