Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Advice requested on what to practise.

 

In addition to the good suggestions below from Siri Guru Dev Kaur,
Guru Rattana, who is the mentor of this website, offers classes online, and some are for beginners.

and possibly also on the home page of this yahoogroup.

I know it is confusing, there is so much out there.

Find a practice that works for you and stick with it.
For example, for me, consistency is a big issue, so I am doing a basic "energy" set. I picked something that will be effective, but not present too much of a challenge, cuz I didn't want to have an excuse to not do it!
