Re: [Kundalini Yoga] sore lower back

 

To the lady with teh sore back.  I would like to add myself to this request.  I recently had an MRI reflecting two herniated disks in my L5 and S1.  I am in a back brace and headed back to physical therapy this week as well as a neurosurgeon.  I DO NOT INTEND TO HAVE SURGERY.  Thanks to all.

hello everyone.

I am new to kundalini yoga. I have a sore lower back, and am wondering if there is a set i could do that will help strengthen it without making it too sore. I find even the warm ups hard to do, and would like to know where is a good place to start. Am looking forward to hearing your suggestions.Oh im a 51 yr old female
