[Kundalini Yoga] Guru Rattana

 

Tra-la-la-la-la,

I had an excuse to visit the San Diego area last week, so I put Guru Rattana's class at the top of my list for destinations. Even luckier, the class coincided with a full moon, and so we did a tantric healing circle. As you can guess, she is one gentle, caring, and subtle teacher (and probably blushing if she's reading this). Thanks again for your dedication and tireless service, Guru Rattana!
