Sat Nam:
The Shabd Guru.
On every syllable a vibration is produced. A sound current. The vibration has an effect, depending on its frequency, on a particular Center and an endocrine gland. The Pineal and Pituitary glands, married through the hypothalamus, triangulate as we vibrate the sounds. This is the "L". The total connection between the nervous system, endocrine system, as manifested creations, the Naam, and back to the primordial Naad. But we have to vibrate each one in its totality. Sa-Ta-Na-Ma opens the pituitary gland to manifest all the Cosmic vibration, from Om, AUM, to Ong (manifested) into our Eleven Bodies.
