[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Hello, I am new and would appreciate some advice and direction

 

Start looking at the info on Guru Rattana's website. www.yogatech.com She has posted and introductory type of course with about 26 lessons I believe. She has also written several books and offers an online video course too. A book you can purchase that is one of the best is Kundalini Yoga - The Eternal Flow by Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa. The 8 Human Talents by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa is great too.
