[Kundalini Yoga] 'limbic breathing' vs. 'cortical breathing' - The Cortical Monkey and Healing

If no time to read (or no sense of having the time) do LDB - Long Deep Breathing!

What it will do for YOU
Relax and calm
Give Clarity & greater alertness

Practice LDB daily. You can do it anywhere. Strictly nose breathing... Just begin by slowing down the in-breath and peace of mind will follow. Simply inhale with a relaxed belly (big buddha belly) and exhale completely - belly button to spine empty all air out.
Briefly hold the breath out and release for the breath to enter.
Start with a couple of minutes a day and as often as you can.
