Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Dealing with noise

Hello, I am very sorry to hear of your disturbances...I don't think that your are cursed or too sensitive, you are simply unlucky to have such thoughtless and selfish neighbours. If it were me I would do my upmost to leave the area! I am disturbed by aircraft which starts at 5--in the morning but dogs barking all the time would drive me insane! Good luck. Linda
ave to stop doing yoga because of the noise.  It has become emotional torture to be in my own house.  It feels as if I have been cursed.
Is there any meditation I could try to be more tolerant of the noise, or perhaps to remove a curse? Or is sensitivity to noise a sign of a weak nervous system?
Thank you,
Santie
