I guess we could find a cave in a mountain, where we can meditate! In my case is electronic noise coming a from neighbour in fact I am being TORTURED.
People on the PATH have encountered similar problems and some enlightened masters advise to just pay attention to the noise, until the mind doesn't get
disturbed by it.
