The others suggestions are good. I want to add Kirtan Kriya -SATANAMA
meditation after the recommended set. This is THE meditation to reclaim
your aura after a separation. The pain comes from having your aura in
two places - him and you. 31 minutes once or even 2 times a day in the
beginning will help a lot.
