[Kundalini Yoga] Sat Kriya the Kriya

 

Sat Nam, Hi, I started Sat Kriya The KriyaI am doing the full time,( The one with Sat Kriya and frogs)3 weeks ago as my new 40 day. It is all I am doing in the morning along with the "Hari Ram Das Guru Hai" meditation and Sat Siri Siri Akal. I am wondering if I will loose my Kundalini shape and fitness by only doing this Kriya. Will Sat Kriya keep my core and all the other parts of my system strong or should i be doing another kriya on top of this one? I teach 7 Children's yoga classes a week as well. I am more worried about the breath as I usually do powerful breathing and stretch pose and all the other challenging postures when I am not commited to a 40 day. Thanks Raj Kirin Kaur
