Sat Nam,

I have started a new practice. I realised that my mind is out of balance
so I am doing a 40 day meditation for the negative mind, then 40 days of
positive mind and then 40 days of neutral mind. It is going to be an
interesting experience. I am already seeing the benefit with the negative
mind which was particularly strong for me.
