[Kundalini Yoga] Strengthening the 10th Body, the Radiant Body.

 

Sat nam, all!

I am looking for meditations and pranyamas that builds up and strengthens the Radiant Body. I know of Gobinda Meditation, but there isn't any information online of it. I also am curious about the Guru Gobind Singh Shakti Mantra Meditation. Has anyone done a sadhana to strengthen the 10th Body? If so, what is there to expect during the progress? Also, I am doing Sodarshan Chakra Kriya daily. Is it possible to do a strengthening meditation before or after SCK, or should it be done at a different hour of the day?
