Tom's suggestions are spot on. Mantra music as often as possible helps me keep going!
My very Christian cousins are quite a lot different than your characterization, though. They share their happy bountiful lives by running children's camps and helping in their communities where ever they see a need. Perhaps their example is another way for you to consider deepening your practice by adding a seva component. Or teaching, that'll do it too. Blessings magnifying outward and inward for you.
