RE: [Kundalini Yoga] Kundalini DVD recommendation for a newbie

thank you, Jem. My students are always asking if there is a K-Yoga DVD I
can recommend, and I really don't know any. I think I'll buy this one to
loan to them and if they like it then they can purchase it themselves.

Hi Roberto,

I have just started kundalini yoga & suffer from lack of energy/anxiety. I
was looking on amazon.co.uk for a good ky DVD & came across "Maya Fiennes
Kundalini Yoga to Detox & De-stress", & I am finding it wonderfull. I am not
very flexiable & am a total begginer in ky, yet just for doing this DVD for
2 weeks now I am feeling great benefits. I was worried I wasn't doing it
correctly etc, yet just doing it every day has proven that this really
works. The DVD is very good, Maya takes you through the exercises gently &
explains them very well, with beautiful back-ground music. Hope this helps.

Jem.
