Leah,
I have studied all belief systems, all paths, over the last 4
decades of my life. Of all the Yogic schools of thought, Kundalini seems
to have the oldest, most purely distilled and retained, applicable and
effective precepts and ideals. And, my incorporation of the mantra's
into my daily spiritual life has greatly accelerated my progress. I have
worked with Hindu mantras for the last few years with gradual effect,
but the Kundalini mantra's seems to keep me in a higher state of
awareness, with a lot less of the typical cycling of emotions and
thoughts.
