Hi,
I would suggest to practice already created yoga sequences by
gurus/yogid/qualified teachers, and not create your own unless you really
know what you are doing. Couple of years ago I did the same thing, mixing
and matching practices (asanas/pranayamas) as I "thought" would be better,
but it completely threw off my energy and made me irritated/angry. If you
mix the wrong practices you can actually do more damage than good.
Just my five cents.
