[Kundalini Yoga] ....for how long?

Sat Nam!

When the times are not given, it is because that is all the information
we have about that set. Some of the notes did not record times. This
goes for sets in Man to Man and for sets elsewhere, including my manuals.

We have to understand that Yogi Bhajan keep us in an exercise until he
saw the group aura change. Then he said INHALE!

Times depend on how long it takes to get the desired effect.

Start with one minute and work up to 2 or 3 depending upon what you can
do and the effect that you receive.

It is better to do less time and leave time to be in conscious awareness
after each exercise.

Sat Nam!
