[Kundalini Yoga] Re: advice about DVDs or books to enhance my Kundalini Yoga practice

The video set is an okay starting point and I really liked Nirvair Singh, a very sweet man; a bit dated in production values by today's standards. Really, try Guru Rattana's online classes. For a low monthly fee, less than the cost of one lesson at a yoga studio, you have access to her growing library of complete classes that you can do at your own speed as often as you want. There's over forty now, and it's becoming a remarkable body of work. Thank you, Guru Rattana!

As for books, wow, there are so many! Probably, if you were only going to buy one, I'd start with Sadhana Guidelines. There's enough in there to keep you going for years! But we westerners like to have it all, and Nirvair's pretty much covers the waterfront, in a more conversational format.
