I am fairly new to this group and have practiced Kundalini Yoga from home for about a year. I have mainly used DVDs by Raviana and recently bought a prenatal DVD by an instructor in LA named Gurmukh. I LOVE this DVD. I am due in October and am thinking to purchase the 8 DVD collection with the two books offered through the yoga tech website. Can anyone give me feedback regarding this series if you own it?
