Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Jupiter Finger Chakra Meditation, experiences?

Sat Nam!

Yesterday I read your question about the effects of Jupiter touching the thumb -- called gyan mudra -- in meditation.
This is the most recommended position so I have been doing in for decades.

Today I decided to feel what it was doing.
I could feel the energy circuit going into my spine at the heart.
It is a very special and pleasant feeling.

This must have been happening for many years.
But today I noticed it because I decided to pay attention.

Many blessings,

Guru Rattana :+)

Sat nam, all!

I've been doing the Jupiter Finger Chakra Meditation now for a couple of weeks but haven't felt anything in particular (in comparison with other less subtle KY practices, that is). I tried to find out on the Internat what people thought of it, but I could only find the instructions. Anyone in this group who has done this meditation and mind telling me a bit about their experiences? I do know that every kriya and meditation is different, therefore one cannot compare the depth/intensity/strength of the "effects", but it sure would be nice to exchange some info. :)
