I love this book!


I think if the person asking the original question wants to learn about Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, they should seek out books like this one, which follows the teaching of YB. 


There is much info out there about "kundalini yoga" and it may or may not coincide with the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.
