[Kundalini Yoga] brain meditations

 

I am doing 3 brain meditation-
1. "Gan Puttee Kriya: The Kriya to make the impossible possible"
2. Meditation for when you don't know what to do.
and a 3rd one which I don't know the name of.

Is it a ok to switch back and forth among them, or should one stick to one for a period of time?
