Sat Nam, Kelli,
A book that could help and inspire you now is "Meditation as medicine: Activate the Power of your Natural Healing Force" by Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa.
Also, Guru Rattana's classes can be a good watch. Even if you are unable to do some of the postures - visualising doing them may be a good beginning.
Love,
Prem Siri

Right... No, this is true pain and swelling. It isn't just the negative mind. :( I am now sick as well, and can't practice at all. So, it gives me time to think of what I can do next. I did check out the preview videos and it's not going to work for me. I so wanted it to. Her voice is just so loving and soothing, and the price is right for me. We live almost off-grid here. I wonder if I should stick with Hatha. There is a studio that opened in a nearby town, and I have taken some classes there. I am more familiar with Hatha. But, in June of this year, I will have been doing Kundalini Yoga for a year! I have been injured this time and one other with a bit of whiplash. lol Maybe I'm too Gung-HO. hehe
Sat Nam!
Kelli
