Re: [Kundalini Yoga] feet falling asleep during meditation

Cindy... I very slowly extend and switch the position of my legs about every 10 to 15 minutes - bottom to top, and vice versa. For the timing, I have a CD of meditative music and nature sounds that I play softly in the background - each track is 10 to 15 minutes long, and there is a ten-second break between tracks, long enough for me to notice its absence. I find that this type of alternating also helps ease any stiffness I sometimes experience when attempting to stand.

Namaste,
Michael

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] feet falling asleep during meditation

I have been doing meditation and I have noticed that while I am in the easy pose my feet keep falling asleep is there anything I can do to prevent this?
