Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Introduction and question about breathing

 

Hi Venkatesh.
Thank you for your reply.

I do not believe an ENT Doctor can have a solution since, I believe the
reasons why the nostrils get clogged has nothing to do with the actual
nostrils but in little problems in the dynamics of the body (physical and
spiritual).
I have been very mindfull of my breathing the last couple of days, and
this has kept me very calm and concentrated and it seems nostril blockages
did not occur.
