It explains how to do karani kriya, which is known for helping you find personally meaningful employment. I can't personally vouch for it since I haven't commited to it yet, but others here say it's worked for them quit nicely, with inspiration coming in less than 40 days, sometimes.
However, I can tell you that kirtan kriya really has improved my sleep, although that's not normally mentioned as a benefit of the meditation. I've found it to powerfully stimulate my pineal gland, the producer of the sleep hormone melatonin, although perhaps it's the clearing of the subconscious aspect that's doing the trick. I've been doing it for 40 days for 31 minutes, and am about to drop back to 11 minutes to see if I get the same blissfully relaxing results! Happy ZZZZZs!
