Hi Luke,

if you do Kundalini Yoga as thought by Yogi Bhajan you are on the right way.
Yogi Bhajan came in 1968 and he found many young people using psychedelics in search of higher consciousness.
Yogi Bhajan has created a center in USA to help people having had bad trips.

You can ask KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) for this centers or for specific KY Kriyas.
