I heard that long deep breathing through the left nostril could help if done as follows:
Close your right nostril with your right thumb, the other fingers pointing up as an antenna. Make sure to have your left hand in a fist under your right arm (right where the arm closes). 3 to 11 minutes a few times a day.
Make sure to monitor your blood pressure to assess progress.
This is not a medical advice, but rather and exercise I heard to have worked for a friend of mine.
