Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Re: Interuptions

Dear Kelli,

I believe a healing technique called TAT can help you a lot. I received a
session a few months back for a broken foot that was still causing me pain
1.5 years after the injury. One session and I am pain free now. It is so
easy to do and you can look it up online, even get a trained therapist to do
a session with you over the phone. It helps for physical and emotional
problems on all levels. I do it most days and it takes me about 10 to 15
minutes, so easy and so effective.

God bless and remember that we are all just at stages of this life and at a
stage in our continual existence, nothing stays the same, allow yourself to
accept that you are where you are right now for the right reasons and that
may give you more peace to deal with the healing crisis you are going
through, stay walking in the light and you will be ok.

Oh and I always thought DEEP BREATHS to be a good start when I feel like
cracking. ;)))) Doesn't work every time, hehehe

Sending positive thoughts, love and light to you,

Marie
