I'm just starting out in Ky and am wondering if I am doing things right. First off, what pace should I be moving at. So far I have taught myself the 4/4 Energizing Palm and sis some silence exercises. The first time I did the Palm I didn't feel much, but he second time I really felt the effects. And I also felt the effects of the early morning silence exercises. Should I be worried if I don't feel anything after an exercise?
