Sat Nam,
Basically you can do it two ways. One is just to remain crossed legged
and just shake all over on the inhaled breath for about 20 seconds, then
exhale. Repeat 2 more times. The other way to do it is to just stretch
the legs out in front and then shake the body on the inhaled breath.
Stretching the legs out in front is more effective I've found to
distribute the energy throughout the body.
