I am finding some of the kriyas I'm doing currently to be very hard on my neck. Particularly, the cat/cow where the head moves from tucked to flex with the rounding and scooping of the spine along with the extension and drawing in of the leg. I feel like a heavy metal headbanger when I go as fast as my body wants to go. I've noticed this kriya seems to burn out my anger. It brings it up and takes it right out. Really emotional. I've had a headache for a few days now, and my neck is really sore. Can I modify, or should I just push on?
Thanks,
Kelli
