Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Help Understanding!

Sat Nam,

I am grateful to you all that took time to write back to me.

Reading the messages it came to me that I needed to do some grounding exercises in order not to feel completly 'empty' of energy.

Looking around I found and felt that this exercise from yoga tech.com backissue was the right thing for me to do.

......'If you only have time to do one exercise in the morning and want to prepare yourself for the day, practice chair or table pose for 2-5 minutes. Then sit and feel the energy in your body. Meditate on the still, silent, vast space inside your head and body. Let the space and the aliveness integrate. Being very present to all your sensations in your body and mind will help you contain and ground yourself for the day. (January 26, 2007 By Guru Rattana, Ph.D.)

So that is what I have been doing for the last 5 days and feel revitalised/focused and not tired at all..

I will keep you posted.

Sat Nam!

Cecilia
