[Kundalini Yoga] Re: first day of 40-day set

Today was my first day of yoga - ever!  I believe I did a great job!  I thorough enjoyed it and am fully of energy ready to get my day going.  Thank you for having me.  I look forward to sharing my experience with you throughout the next 40 days!
