[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Supportive Activities

 

interesting that you do zumba. I do asociate it with women, I guess cuz in the classes I've seen they've been all women.
Don't know why.
Zumba's a little too energetic for me. I know an woman in her 80's who does it, and she is in great shape.
I sometimes do Qi Gong in addition to yoga, and find that a good complement. Qi Gong is also very powerful but in a quiet way.
