I've just done my first yoga in a long time. Feels great.
Because of blood sugar issues, I have to eat before doing yoga.
I hope that doing yoga plus good diet will heal me so I can once again do yoga first thing when I wake up at 4. That's my favorite time to do it.
I'm way out of shape and have gained weight in the last several months. But I know that tomorrow I'll be able to stretch a little further, hold the pose a little longer.
After, I did long ek ong kars.
I'd be interested to hear how other people are doing as we go along.
This is the best thing I could do for myself, and I don't know if I'd be doing it if it wasn't for all of you.
