Regarding to your question, I can also share with you that, it´s also a matter of self motivating. If you see your self doing the activity with and extra effort you will not feel motivate to act. But if you hear a lovely voice telling you that you will have a great time for sure you will do your activities. It is a matter of how we motivate ourselves. So lets all have fun with our Kundalini.
