Sat Nam dear all,
I have been following the discussions of this inspiring group for some months now and am happy to be a part of it. I have completed my teacher training course 1 year ago and am getting started to teach. Recently I have also been interested in teaching Kundalini for pregnant women as well as postnatal yoga. Is there a specific training I MUST attend to become a licensed Kundalini Yoga Teacher for pregnant women or could I learn this by myself with the aid of DVD's or books? If yes, which ones would you recommend?
Finally, could you also recommend a good book with warm-ups or short Kriyas that can be practiced as a warm-up?
With blessings,
Manprem
