Sat Nam!I just joined the online class and received my first lesson. In the instruction for the 4/4 Energizing Breath, it says, "On each part of both the inhale and exhale, pull the navel point toward the spine."I am sure this must be correct. But it is different from most other breathing techniques. It also becomes more and more difficult with each breath. Usually, you do this during exhale and release during inhale.I would appreciate sharing your experience and thoughts on this.
