Thank you Veronica, your message made me think a lot.
>>. too lazy to do your sadhana?
Yes sometimes it gets too "regular". Its hard to cultivate awareness
sometimes when you are doing the same routine for a while. (I shouldnt have
called it routine, i know :) ). Actually, i take that back it is hard to
start to do the sadhana, while I start doing it the mind calms down a
little.
I've been self-retrospecting a lot lately and, while i was suspecting it
before, I am sure for now that I lazy bacause of my past (my parents
supporting me a lot, etc). I am not saying I dont work and just lay on couch
all day. But when there is work (including sadhana) to be done, my mind
starts looking for excuses.
For example, when I am hungry most of the time, it is easier for me to just
go out and get something to eat instead of cooking myself. I force myself to
try to cook something but I have to get over the mind saying "why you doing
this. etc etc etc".
Thank you everyone for your replies.
With Love,
Mike
