I would like to teach the "Krya for the Nervous System" of the KUNDALINI YOGA FOR YOUTH AND JOY page 43.
I am not sure about the posture number 5. It is on the crow posture. My manual is translated to portuguese, and it says to JUMP in crow posture. Is it correct? Should I jump or raise myself? Do the feet is always on the ground?
I would be very thankful if anyone who has this manual could write to me what does it says on exercise 5 of the english version. A better explanation of the posture will also be very welcome!
