Sat Nam, Yogis!
Could any of you advise me on kriyas that might help combat a
particularly vicious case of acid reflux I experienced last night?
Granted that I might have enjoyed the meal a little later in the evening
than I should have, and cajun peanuts will definitely not be on the menu
again, but the symptoms were severe!
Speaking of kriyas, I have been doing the wake up series, sat kriya (15
mins) sodarshan chakra kriya (15 mins) faithfully for the past 5 years.
They have been great. However, right now I am feeling particularly
stuck in my life -- looking for a new teaching job even though I have
lost the past two jobs I've had due to mutual dissatisfaction. I'm
lacking creativity and initiative!
I'm open to suggestions. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
