Tune in, then do some warm-ups, then pick a Kriya (any series of
postures from your book). Layout afterward for a few minutes to
integrate the experience (don't go back to sleep), then do some
chanting. You can do whatever meditation/chant you choose. The idea is
to sing, resonate, vibrate your being. The more you can complete before
sunrise, the better.
